Br4ber Terms and Conditions: Platform Rules

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, creating an account, or using any service offered by the br4ber — including Sports Betting, casino games, slots, crash games, and live blackjack — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling rules available on this site.

Acceptance of these terms is required to use the platform. If you are under 18 years of age or reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you are not authorized to use the services of the br4ber and must immediately cease access.

The br4ber reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email and/or via a notice on the platform at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the changes come into force constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age and Location Requirements

To create an account on the br4ber and use the platform's services, you must:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil or be located in Brazilian territory at the time of access;
• Being the holder of the bank account used for deposits and withdrawals, with a matching CPF;
• Not appearing on any gambling exclusion lists in any jurisdiction;
• Having full legal capacity to enter into contracts under current Brazilian law.

2.2 Accurate Information

By registering, you agree to provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information — including your full name, CPF, date of birth, address, and a valid email. Providing false or incomplete information may result in immediate account cancellation and the freezing of any pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

The br4ber may, at any time and at its sole discretion, request additional documents to verify account holder identity — such as a national ID, driver's license, or proof of address. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

2.3 One Account per Person

Each individual may hold only one account on br4ber. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited — whether using the same CPF, email address, IP address, or any other identifier. Duplicate accounts detected by the system will be closed immediately, and any bonus balance will be cancelled with no right to reimbursement.

3 User Account

3.1 Account security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — secure. The br4ber strongly recommends using a unique, strong password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings. Never share your credentials with anyone.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please contact br4ber immediately via live chat. The br4ber is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account use when the security breach originates from the user's own negligence.

3.2 KYC verification

To process withdrawals, the br4ber requires completion of the identity verification process (Know Your Customer — KYC). This involves submitting a government-issued photo ID (RG or CNH) and proof of address issued within the last 90 days. The process is done via mobile and takes under 5 minutes on average. Documents are reviewed within 24 business hours.

3.3 Account Balance

The account balance available on the br4ber consists of two categories: real balance (from deposits and winnings) and bonus balance (from promotions). The real balance can be withdrawn at any time, subject to minimum limits and identity verification requirements. The bonus balance is subject to the rollover conditions described in Section 5.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted payment methods

The br4ber accepts the following payment methods for deposits:

• Pix — available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays;
• Bank slip (boleto bancário) — cleared within up to 1 business day after payment;
• Credit and debit card — all major domestic card networks;
• PicPay — instant transfer via app;
• Mercado Pago — via wallet balance or linked card;
• TED transfer — available on business days via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other banks.

Withdrawals are processed exclusively via Pix, to a key registered to a bank account under the CPF of the account holder at br4ber. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not accepted, regardless of any family relationship or connection to the account holder.

4.2 Deposit and withdrawal limits

The minimum Pix deposit is R$ 10.00. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 20.00. Maximum limits vary based on your account verification level — fully verified accounts (complete KYC) have higher limits. All limits are shown on the Deposits and Withdrawals page before any transaction.

4.3 Processing Timeframes

Pix deposits are credited within seconds. Pix withdrawals are processed in up to 5 minutes in most cases. The br4ber reserves the right to carry out additional security checks that may extend the withdrawal processing time to up to 24 hours — especially for first-time requests or larger amounts. Under no circumstances will a withdrawal take longer than 5 business days.

4.4 Fees

Deposits and withdrawals via Pix, boleto bancário, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and debit card are free of charge — the br4ber does not charge additional fees. Credit card deposits may incur a fee depending on the card issuer. For TED transfers, fees charged by the user's bank may apply, but br4ber does not charge any additional fees on these transactions.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The br4ber offers a welcome bonus for new registrations. The specific terms — bonus amount, minimum deposit to activate, rollover requirement, and validity period — are described on the Welcome Bonus page and may be updated periodically. The conditions in effect at the time of the activation deposit are the ones that apply.

5.2 Rollover (Wagering Requirement)

All bonuses are subject to a rollover requirement — the total amount that must be wagered before any bonus balance can be withdrawn. The rollover is calculated on the bonus amount received, and progress can be tracked in real time under the "Bonuses" section of your account.

Different game types contribute differently toward the rollover: bets on slots count 100%; bets on crash games count as specified in the promotion; bets on blackjack, roulette, and baccarat count between 10% and 25% depending on the game. The exact percentage for each game is shown on the promotion page before activation.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibition

The br4ber monitors betting behavior to detect bonus abuse patterns — such as betting on opposing outcomes (arbitrage), placing minimal-risk bets to artificially fulfill rollover requirements, or using bots and automation. Accounts identified with this behavior will have their bonus balance and any related winnings voided, and may result in account closure.

5.4 Bonus Validity

Unclaimed bonuses expire according to the deadline stated in the offer (generally 7 to 30 days after release). Activated bonuses with incomplete rollover expire according to the promotion's deadline (generally 30 days after activation). The br4ber does not reinstate expired bonuses.

6 Sports Betting

6.1 Available Markets

The br4ber offers Sports Betting across a wide range of sports, with highlights including football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, state championships, Champions League), volleyball (Superliga, Nations League), basketball (NBB, NBA), MMA/UFC, tennis, Formula 1, and e-sports. Market availability may vary by event and date.

6.2 Bet Confirmation

A bet is considered confirmed only when the br4ber display the on-screen confirmation and the corresponding amount has been deducted from the account balance. Bets not confirmed due to a technical failure are not valid. In the event of an error in the amount entered or market selected, confirmed bets cannot be cancelled — please review carefully before confirming.

6.3 Live betting

Live bets are subject to real-time odds fluctuations. The br4ber reserves the right to temporarily suspend live markets during critical moments in a match (goals, cards, VAR). Bets placed immediately before or during an impactful event may be voided at the platform's discretion.

6.4 Bet Results

Bet results are based on official information from the relevant sporting bodies — CBF, Conmebol, FIA, UFC, among others. In the event of a discrepancy between sources, the br4ber uses the official event source as the definitive reference. The maximum settlement period for bets after an event is 72 hours.

7 Casino Games

7.1 How Games Work

All casino games available on the br4ber — including slots, live blackjack, roulette, crash games such as Aviator and Spaceman, and baccarat — use random number generators (RNGs) certified by independent laboratories. Results are genuinely random and cannot be influenced by the platform, developers, or players.

7.2 Published RTPs

The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available on the game's info screen. RTP is a theoretical value calculated over millions of rounds — individual short-term results may vary significantly. The br4ber does not guarantee winnings on any casino game.

7.3 Technical Failures

If a technical failure occurs during a game session (connection drop, server error, etc.), the system records the state of the round and restores the balance to what it was immediately before the failure. Winnings generated during a confirmed technical failure will not be paid out. The br4ber maintains records of all sessions for audit and dispute resolution purposes.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on br4ber:

• Creating more than one account, regardless of the method used;
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any tool that simulates or replaces human actions on the platform;
• Engaging in sports arbitrage or odds manipulation through multiple accounts or in coordination with other users;
• Providing false information during registration or verification processes;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity;
• Making deposits using third-party cards or bank accounts;
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform for personal gain;
• Placing bets on events whose outcome you have inside knowledge of;
• Sharing account credentials with third parties;
• Using the platform if you are an employee, immediate family member of an employee, or a partner of the br4ber.

Detection of any of the above conduct may result in immediate account suspension, bonus cancellation along with associated winnings, blocking of pending withdrawals, and reporting to the relevant authorities where the conduct constitutes a legal violation.

9 Account Closure

9.1 Closure by the user

You may request closure of your account on br4ber at any time via live support or by emailing contato@br4ber.com. Before closure, any available real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal via Pix, subject to identity verification requirements. Bonus balances are voided upon voluntary account closure.

9.2 Closure by br4ber

The br4ber reserves the right to close or suspend any account, at any time and without prior notice, in the following cases: violation of these Terms and Conditions; suspected fraud or unlawful activity; abusive behavior toward the support team; or by order of a competent authority. If an account is closed due to a terms violation, the bonus balance is cancelled. The real balance will be returned after the security review is complete.

9.3 Self-exclusion

Users who wish to self-exclude for responsible gambling reasons can do so directly under "My Account" → "Responsible Gambling". Self-exclusion can be temporary (from 1 day to 6 months) or permanent. During the exclusion period, platform access is blocked and no marketing communications will be sent. To request reactivation after a temporary self-exclusion, a minimum cooling-off period of 7 days must have elapsed.

10 Responsible Gaming

The br4ber believes that sports betting and casino games are a form of entertainment and should be treated as such. Never gamble to try to solve financial problems, chase losses, or while under the influence of alcohol or other substances. 12 Limitation of Liability

The br4ber is not liable for financial losses resulting from bets or games played on the platform — gambling involves inherent risk and outcomes are unpredictable. The platform is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors.

If a technical failure results in an incorrect credit to the user's account, the br4ber reserves the right to correct the error and reverse the amount, even if the balance has already been used. Bets or games played using incorrectly credited funds may be cancelled.

The total liability of br4ber toward the user, for any reason and under any circumstance, is limited to the real balance available in the account at the time of the event that gave rise to the liability.

13 Changes to the Terms

The br4ber may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in legislation, services offered, or operational practices. Material changes will be communicated to your registered email at least 15 days before taking effect.

Minor changes (text corrections, formatting adjustments, addition of examples) may be made without prior notice. The date of the last update is always displayed at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing the terms periodically to stay informed about the current conditions.

Continued use of the platform after new terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the new terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

14 Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For disputes not resolved through customer support, the courts of the district of São Paulo shall have exclusive jurisdiction, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged it may be.

The br4ber operates in compliance with Brazilian regulations applicable to the online betting and entertainment sector, including rules issued by the Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank of Brazil regarding Pix payment processing and anti-money laundering (Law No. 9,613/1998).
